Hi there! I'm so grateful that you are still posting on here after all this time. Thank you for keeping it alive! I'd abandoned this place a long time ago but I think it's time for a revival! If you think it is worth it will you help me promote this place in as many places as possible?

Ok well I just went on LaRox (Empress of the Universe)'s website and saw that she'd put a link to here on it so I'm going to return the favor. Plus her site is really fab. I think you should all check it out.

it was alright. i was a bit cheesed off with the teacher who took us tho. everytime i needed help or wanted to look at something cool he ignored me and then when he did talk to me he talked to me as tho i had some sort of mental problem. at one point i nearly stormed out cos he was just soo so, so, *insert bad word here* everyone else got listened to and treat normally. but me noooo. so anyway this one time we had to make a video, we had to write and practice an entire 15 minute script about our country in less than 50 minutes and then film it in one take! that wasn't what bothered me infact that was the fun part, (apart from getting ignored whenever i wanted my ideas checking) then he comes over to me and asks if me if i know what i'm going to say. so i said yeah and then he goes "so we won't be having any stuttering this time then" in this really be-littling tone. so i just looked at him. see i wouldn't have minded if it had been an off hand comment or something but cos i am camera shy and do stutter when i'm nervous (like alot of people including him and including other people in the group!!) and cocs he said it just to me in that tone of voice it really upset me you know? so yeah then there was the art that i wanted to buy but they wouldn't let me stop and get it but when someone wants to buy a tacky keyring it's completely ok to stop for half an hour! grr!
anyway apart from that i liked it. we went to some clubs, until about 3am on the friday and then on the saturday we stayed out till 5am cos we were out partying. i loved that. also i've decided that i love Madrid. i have to go back there. oh and we went on this donkey ride around some mountains that was awesome. and there was this museum, the Vostell museium that had all these really cool works of art but it was interactive too. really amazing stuff. and we went on this tour of old ampitheatres and roman theatres and ruins. it was so fab! (if you ignore a certain stuck up teacher that made it complete hell)

I've just come back from an exchange trip to Spain. I spent 5 days with a family who don't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. It was really fun. I went round old ampithetres and museums and a really cool art gallery. Then we went to Madrid and I saw some art work that I really wanted for a great price and it was original and signed by the artist and everything but when ever I wanted to look at something my teacher took us to look at some tacky souvenirs. we spent 1minute looking at the art and then 30 minutes looking at the tacky crap. I was not amused I can tell you. Grr.
